摘要：From Bourdieu＇ s field perspective, universities are nothing but a secular battleground filled with capital market practice such as playing the power game, competing for profit, and mechanism conversion from one type to another. In particular, the conflict between academic and administrative power takes center stage in this battle. In the university field of our country, the above mentioned power game refers to not only the struggle for legitimacy between academic power founded on professional disciplines and administrative power inseparable from political capital and complying with bureaucracy norms,
