Abstract： Marx＇s analysis of the nature and significance of life is abundant and comprehensive. He took into consideration the inte- grated relationship between individual beings and others as well as society, regarding the whole human life as a dialectical, perpetual process of self-improvement and transcendence, which leads human beings from materialization to humanization at a higher level, and finally helps them achieve their free, comprehensive development.
